We are now looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to contribute with creativity and a strong production eye in a small, ambitious marketing team based in Stockholm.

The role

As Marketing Manager, you will become a key part of the marketing function and work closely with the Head of Marketing in the day to day operational work. The role is broad and hands on, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and creating structure as the business scales.

You will work with:

• Driving and coordinating campaigns across all kinds of channels, both digital and physical

• Ensuring an efficient flow between marketing and sales

• Coordinating customer communication throughout the entire customer journey

• Managing partner activations, follow ups, and logistics

• Leading weekly reviews, sprint planning, and operational processes

• Following up on campaigns, reporting, and project management

The team

You will join a small and fast moving marketing team working closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. The team works AI first and uses AI tools as a natural part of daily work to maintain high quality and speed within a lean organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience within marketing, growth, or marketing operations

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems

• Structured with strong project management skills

• Curious about AI and eager to use it as a daily work tool

• Fluent in both spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Experience in partner marketing or operational marketing coordination

• Experience working closely with sales teams

• Experience from fast growing companies or scaleups
